Lighting world begin with incandescent lamps

     although the led lighting is more and more popular all the world because of energy saving ,but we can't ignore the incandescent bulb .In 1879 ，Thomas Alva Edison invent carbon-fibre incandescent lamp . It is a huge contribution to human beings like that we first step on the moon .  Thomas Alva Edison light up the world first .Incandescent lamps are widely used in Africa ,middle east and Asia so far .

    And then scientist work out the finally tungsten filament incandescent by hard working .(below figure is clear and frosted lamp)

   Let's learn about the lamp's structure ： It is made of glass，tungsten filament,base ,copper wire and so on .

      Wire electrically heated to incandescence by thermal radiation emitted visible light source . The filament is heated to incandescence by the current state of a light source generating light . The lamp first appeared , with the heat-resistant glass bulb , built tungsten filament . Removing the air bubble shell , so the filament oxidation or re- filling inert gas ( such as argon ) to reduce the evaporation of the tungsten filament is heated . The filament power because only a small part of the energy into visible light , the luminous efficiency is low , the flow is generally 10 to 15 / watt. But manufacturing convenience , low cost , quick start, simple lines , has been widely adopted .Half of the nineteenth century , people began to use the current trial vacuum heating filament incandescent light bulb. 

     In 1935 , France, Claude A. filled in the bulb krypton, xenon , and further improve the luminous efficiency. In 1959, the United States developed on the basis of the volume of incandescent and tungsten halogen light fades minimal . History of the incandescent light bulb is to improve the efficiency of history. Incandescent production efficiency is improved rapidly. 1980s, high-speed production line production of ordinary incandescent reached 8,000H, and the computer has been used for quality control .

    Incandescent lamps always have these wattage in the market : 15W 25W 30W 40W 60W 75W 100W 150W 200W 300W 500W .
    Its diameter have these :45mm 48mm 55mm 60mm 70mm 75mm 80mm 90mm .
    About filament : double or single coild filament 
    Fuse production :none production ,single fuse production or double fuse production .
    Base : E27 B22, Zinc plated iron or nikle plated iron .

    In the modern society ,people have a high request about energy saving light and no pollution .So many country work out a plan to eliminate incandescent bulbs.

   

    China plans to eliminate incandescent roadmap issued and implemented in the form of the National Development and Reform Commission, the State Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, General Administration of Customs and other agencies announcement. China to phase out incandescent roadmap is divided into five steps (see table), including:

First step: October 1, 2011, the government released China out of incandescent announcements and roadmap and October 1, 2011 to September 30, 2012 set the transition period.
Second step: from October 1, 2012, banned the sale and import of 100-watt incandescent lamp for general lighting and more.
Third step: from October 1, 2014, banned the sale and import of 60 watts and above ordinary incandescent lighting; based on energy efficiency standards prohibit the production, sale and import of light efficiency is lower than the limit value of energy efficiency inefficient tungsten halogen lamps.
Fourth step: October 1, 2015 to September 30, 2016, on the pre-policy evaluation, follow-up adjustment policies.
Fifth step: from October 1, 2016, banned the sale and import of 15-watt incandescent lamp according to evaluation .
