How it's made -incadescent light bulb

   Do you really have a look at the process of incandescent bulb light before ？Do you know how it's made ? So want to share some artwork about incandescent light bulb with you .

   So let's go to the factory which do the OEM lighting products for OSRAM and GE.

  There are several steps to make a complete incandescent bulb.

  Step 1: making lead-in wire
  Step 2: make a glass shell for the bulb
  Step 3: fix the fliament with support and lead-in wire
  Step 4: cover the fliament and exhaust tube with glass shell and melt it
  Step 5: exhaust air and filled with N2 and argon
  Step 6: fix the base
  Step 7: inspect the bulbs
  Step 8: packing
